Last CPU for 9.2.0.8 is July 2010 CPU. This is strange considering 9i is obsoleted.
Last CPU for 10.2.0.3 is Jan 2009 CPU.
Last CPU for 11.1.0.6 is July 2009 CPU.

It does look a little strange at first, but it makes sense if you consider that 9.2.0.8 is the latest available 9i database. However, 10.2.0.3 has been superseded by 10.2.0.4. Oracle continues to support the latest release within each product stream (9i, 10g, 11g), but not earlier parts of that stream.
